I'm having a horrible problem with removing swirls from my Infiniti 2004 Q45 the color is Royal Pewter, the car has never been detailed. Here's what me and my friend have done so far:
Test spot using a GG, ccs blue pad, PF4500
GG, ccs white pad, PF2500
GG, MF pad, FG400
GG, MF pad, M101
After trying all these steps and still seeing swirls, my friend who is a painter pulled out his dewalt rotary and used 3M super cut then going over with 3m rubbing compound and then I used my GG white pad and PF2500 and it was swirl free
I wanted to try M101 but couldn't find it at any local body shop supplies or detail supply stores ( I live in the dc/metro area), didn't want to order it because I wanted to be done by Sunday.
What I'm asking, is their anyway to make this process quicker??
