This past weekend I was down working at the Detail fest show with Eckler's, and talked to the guys at the 3M booth about the headlights on my truck, after checking out my lights they suggested a kit and hooked me up to try it out.

I just got around last night to doing it, and I am pretty impressed on how well it worked! The lenses on the dodges take extra beatings due to them being on top of the fender and the Florida sun reeks havoc on them! So here are a few pics on the process, nothing into severe detail, but I am very happy on how they turned out.

Now note ** When you are done take a good wax and do em up well. You will also have to do this every couple months as you have sanded off the UV protection coat.

Sanded down with 500, then 800, then 3000 wet sand.

Not bad at all! Not polish the front part of the lights to match!
I'm jealous of that lift in your garage.

I thought about it, but I dont want the whole light to fade if I slack on the wax... I was just satisfied to get the top back to somewhat clear and not YELLOWWWW LOL.

The yellow was driving me nuts...

And the lift helps with lots of work =)
