I used DG about 6 years ago. Liked them a lot, but hard to find and was always using the flavor of the month. Recently I ordered some 501, 105, 601, Marine Detailer, AW.

I mixed the 501 with some 601, as well as the 105 with some 601. Previously, 501 on a PC with a white LC pad caused some serious micromarring, even on my hard paint. So, I polised and used it by hand. Pretty easy to use, removed pretty easily, and looked nice on its own. I was happy.

Topped after with 601/105. Again, pretty easy to apply, easy to remove except where I purposely applied heavily. Slickness was great.

Topped the next morning with some AW. As wonderful as I remember it to be. Super easy to use and amped up the already great look and slickness.

The marine detailer was used tonight to remove some bugs from the bumper and mirrors. Removed the bugs SO easily. Might be my go to on road trips. I may pick up some of their regular QD, as I think the marine might be a bit hard on LSP. Thoughts on this?

Overall, I'll stick with meguiars or optimum compounds/polishes, but I am looking forward to trying some additional products, especially their rinseless wash and one of the tire dressings.

Good prices and a nice look on my white paint. I love the slickness. I know may top with IW, but I find no good reason to!

They are fantastic products if I say so myself! :) One thing you may remember is that Duragloss really sets up the next day, that's when you notice the slickness the most. If you want a great QD, buy the DG Rinseless Wash and mix it at QD strength. In all honesty you can use it as a waterless wash at that ratio, just be smart about it and don't try to wash away mud or heavy contamination. It adds a really deep, wet look and slickness. Fast Clean & Shine would be just fine but in my opinion I would just buy a gallon of Rinseless Wash.

Regarding your tire dressing issue, you may want to give them a call. I don't think DG offers anything like the water based, lotion type dressings such as Opti-Bond, DP, Blackfire, Chemical Guys, etc. They have Non Silicone Dressing but it's a spray if you're okay with that. Thanks for the review! :)

If you looking for a durable tire dressing give #251 tire and mat Dressing 8oz or #253 tire and rubber dressing 19oz both with rain repel a shot! Same stuff.... one coat gives a nice satin shine but like most of their products it really comes into its own after a day or so. A bit to much gloss at first (for my taste) even with a post application wipe down but in a day or two it mellows. Completely dries and is water resistant so it holds up better than expected!
