I received my new bottle of Amazing Roll Off from UPS yesterday. I wanted it specifically for my wheels wells and my engine bay. It is a little cold here in ohio so for this review I only used it on the wheel wells. The engine bay will need to wait until the weekend.
As you can see in the before pics I live in Rural Ohio (AKA: Amish Country). So my vehicles can get very messy in a short period of time. I was hoping Amazing Roll Off would help me to clean everything easier and still get a nice shine.

Conclusion:
This product work just like it says. I sprayed it on to the dirt and it's almost like it melted away. It also left a slight shine. Not bad for a spray on cleaner. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an easier way to clean their wheel wells without any elbow grease. I hope to update this post soon as to how well it helps to repel dirt and the ease of future cleanup.

Looks like it did a great job. Did you do any scrubbing or just spray and rinse off?

Looks much cleaner, although it does look like it needs to be followed up with a dressing.

did u dilute it so you dont waste it? lol. 4:1 i guess is a tough enough recipe. i have a 32oz bottle and a gallon i havent used yet. my detailing is pretty much over for this year in north ohio

Nothing quite as enjoyable as cleaning recycled oats off yer wheel wells and rockers.

I have a bottle I have not used yet. I think the instructions say wet surface, then apply. It is nice to hear it works even diluted.

yah, especially on engines, if the engine isnt that bad, use around 10:1, if its bad, then tray 4 or 5:1...

i thought amazing roll off is "water activated" so i wouldnt dilute more than you are going to use right away.....

You are correct, so don't dilute more than what you need at the time.

The water activation thing was what turned me away from the product after a couple of gallons of it.
My first use on an engine compartment was at a 50/50 mix and since it seemed to work fine, I decided that ratio was what I would use for everything.
Mixed up 16 oz. of water with 16 oz, of Roll-Off for future use.
Second use was no where near as effective.
After trying it a few more times on various things, I decided the diluted mixture was nowhere near as effective when not used right away.
After that, I just mixed it as needed.
It was more of a nuisance to have to mix it for each job than I felt it was worth. It seemed like a waste to have to either use it up when it was no longer needed or throw away what was left.
I went back to my Meguiar's APC and don't have to concern myself with mixing a batch for each job. I just have a couple of bottles mixed, one at 4:1, one at 10:1 for different cleaning jobs. Practical or lazy, it works for me. :)

ARO is very quick and easy to use on wheel wells and especially on engines. :props:

Great product, but a bit pricy for regular use. I use Roll Off now for stubborn items. APC for daily use.

I learned about water activation the hard way; I thought you could dilute it a bit since I was about halfway through my bottle and it really cut its cleaning ability. Its a great product though, very easy to use and works without any if's, and's, or but's.
