I'll be absolutely honest, I really do not know that this product serves any real purpose as far as making the car washing process any easier or more effective. Perhaps I need more time playing with this toy. It does potentially make it more fun. Because foam is fun! I mean they have foam parties at clubs, so who wouldnt want to spray foam in their yard on their car?!

With that said, it seems to be a very solid well made product. All the metal pieces are brass. It has the ability to vary the level of foam, as well as switching to water only. What I also like is it has a quick disconnect from the foam container to the water gun which allows the hose to be used as normal without having to turn off the hose and switch the head etc.

In my first attempt, I am not sure I used enough soap in the canister to get a really thick foam. My foaming was pretty weak. I definitely need more time dialing in this process. Perhaps once I have it dialed in I might have a different opinion on the actual benefit of using this aside from the fun aspect.

Without this feature, this product would be an absolute thumbs down as it wouldnt be practical.

Did I need a foam master foam gun? No. Did I have fun using it? Yes. Did it make my car washing any easier, better, faster? Not the first time at least. YMMV
