they say in business. It is not the sale that shows how good a company is but what they do when things go wrong that differentiates a good company from a GREAT company. In my short experience with Autogeek. They are a great company.

Please bare the long story as I am a story teller :)

3/2/2016 I Put order in for some items during the gallon sale. It was quite a lot. I received the items 3/10. fairly quick shipping.

I ended up going on vacation and coming back, opened the boxes and everything looked ok. But something did not feel right. After triple checking the count I was missing a couple of item. Nothing big from a price point but missing none the less. So I called Autogeek and notified them of the missing items. they shipped them out. I did not think about it again. Got the missing items in a timely fashion.

on 3/16/2016, I put in another order for more autogeek goodies. this time there was a hold up due to what I ordered, which I understand completely. I decided to wash my wife's car and lo and behold, I was missing a gallon for the tire dressing. Ugh! another call, and I feel bad because now it is one single item. :/

in the end, autogeek made good on the order and I was complete. Autogeek has earned a new customer for life :D

Sincerely,

Figgie

Not sure this is the right section to have posted this to, but yet, they are outstanding. I had an order that was supposed to ship Tuesday. Label printed, scheduled delivery yesterday, and no movement. Nothing showed. Seemed UPS lost my box! No problem, they sent an entire new order out today and will deal with UPS on their end. Obviously not their fault, but they rise to the occasion to make sure I still get my order in a timely manner. I don't shop for car care products anywhere else.

Hi Figgie,

Thank you for sharing your experience. Everyone here from the top down works hard to do their very best every day. Bob McKee leads by example and this is really the driving force behind all the rest of us to do our best each day.

I'll send him the link to this thread to make sure he sees it.

Again, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I'm glad to read that while there were some issues with your order that the customer care staff here at Autogeek took the necessary action to remedy the situation.

Says a ton about AG's commitment to make things right. Everyone, and that includes individuals or companies, makes the occasional mistake. It is the finer ones that recognize this and takes the appropriate steps to make it right.

I have said this before, but I'll never buy one single car care product from anywhere but Autogeek. Period.
