What's better than being cool? ICE COLD!

Summer will be here before you know it! Now is the time to put away the snow tires and break out the sun shades! A sun shade is a must-have accessory for your car, truck, van or SUV if it's parked outside on a daily basis. Sun shades keep your vehicle cooler and protect vital interior surfaces from damaging UV rays.

Car Sun Shades

Not sure which one to get? My top pick is the Custom UVS Heat Shield by Covercraft. This is the Cadillac of heat shields! The Custom UVS Heat Shield features high-quality silver reflective fabric on the outward facing side and the inside is made of super-soft pellon felt. Both fabrics are laminated to a foam board which acts as an insulator to reduce heat build up.

Best part? Just as the name implies, the Custom UVS Heat Shield is custom-made per vehicle. It's not like your favorite pair of sweat pants that is one-size fits all.

Perfect fit!

Just like the car covers manufactured by Covercraft, there is nothing cheap or dingy about the design of the Custom UVS Heat Shield. One word: Quality.

The Custom UVS Heat Shield folds up so storing it in your trunk or back seat is easy.

Great review Nick! These are the best sunscreens on the market.

These are a must for anyone with a DD in the summer. I have a pair for both BMW's.

These look very similar to oe bmw shades which are great quality. Much better than the foil bubble wrap type which have their edging material dry and flake off making a mess.

:iagree: Have one for my BMW and it works very well and looks good too!

Ha! I've got the BMW one too. However the cheap-o in my daily driver is showing it's age. So many detailing products to buy.... so little money to spend...

I've got one for each of my two current vehicles, plus my previous vehicle had one. My last vehicle I had for 8 years with the original Heat Shield and it still was in pretty good shape (only had some of the creases starting to show its age with minor splits) considering south Florida sun and daily use at obviously multiple times per day. Definitely a quality product, and the only sun shield I'm buying.

I had one for my Camaro, love it and fit perfect. When I sold it for a smaller mazda3 I trimmed it to fit my new car. Still using it!!

I sure like mine. They fit perfectly.

Ive got one to and I like it. Seems to be well made and should last a long while.
