Hey guys I had a chance to try out the new Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover. Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover can be used on wheels, glass, and paint. You can use Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover to remove rail dust and other contaminants on the surface without to physically remove them. When using this product I went over the whole car with a foam gun filled with Auto Finesse Avalanche Snow Foam (Review coming soon). By going over the car with a shampoo it ensures you do not waste product on dirt that you can wipe off. Once the car was clean I went around and sprayed each panel with Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover.



After letting the Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover Dwell on the surface it showed it purple bleeding effect. I was pretty impressed with the results I was getting and could not believe this car was that bad. When using the Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover I noticed a couple of sprays went a long way and pulled off a lot of embedded particles. The great thing about using this product is that it will remove what the claybar does not remove. When using Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover I noticed the odor was less noticeable compared to other iron removers I have used. After the car was decontaminated there was a big difference in the reflection it gave back and left the paint smooth and ready for claybar and polishing! After all is said and done I was pretty impressed the Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover and for the price it’s hard to beat.

Hi, I'm a bit confused in your write up. The way I understand, you:
1. Snowed the car and rinsed (big stuff)
2. Washed the car
3. Clayed
4. Sprayed the DODO

Not sure of your progression steps. Clarify if you could.

You would use the dodo before a clay
 
Would also like to clarify, was the vehicle washed and dried before application of the Iron Remover?

I washed the car with Auto Finesse Avalanche Snow Foam and rinsed it. After the car was rinsed I used the Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover. After using the Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover you would follow it up with a clay bar.

The car was not dried before I sprayed the Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller Iron Remover onto the panels.
 
Thanks for the review Bryan. Is the product make up similar to something like Iron-x? Wondering as for safety should one keep upwind, wear gloves, cover all's and face protection or is this product not quite as harmful? I have not researched the MSDS at this point so pardon the question. Thought you may have already. Thanks
 
About to buy a liter of this stuff, would love to know some safety precautions for using it before I use it.

I think Dodo Juice has the MSDS on their website, however it is only to EU standards, not the US. You could try asking for the MSDS for the distributor, but I know Nick said that it is PBMG policy that they will not release the sheets unless you are a high bulk purchaser.

Other than that, you could look at comparable products that release their MSDS, such as CarPro Iron-X. There should also be consumer information on the bottle itself, when you receive it.

If it were me, I would wear the following:
-Nitrile Gloves (or any type of gloves that are chemical resistant)
-Safety Glasses
-N90 Mask or Respirator, or something to protect against fumes

Again, I am always of the opinion that it is better safe than sorry, especially when dealing with potentially harmful chemicals. Hope this helps.
 
That does help as I haven't used a iron removing product yet, and I would have never though of using a mask, but I will ask DODO for a MSDS. Thank you!

I just got this Dodo Iron Remover in a few weeks ago and hope to use it next week sometime. The bottle says to find the MSDS on their website, but I haven't been able to find it there. The bottle does have an orange square that says "Harmful" and in the orange box is has a black "X" in it.

Also, be careful with the smell. Its supposed to be better than the Iron-X but it is still not good smelling. I made the mistake of smelling the Dodo after I smelled Optimum No Rinse which smells great. I took a big wiff of the Dodo after a big wiff of Optimum and what a mistake! Lol, didn't do that again!!!
