It was a gorgeous day in Southeast MA with temps about 50 degrees, t-shirt weather at its finest! Since it was such a nice day I thought what a great opportunity to do a nice rinseless wash and what better wash to use then my old faithful DP Rinseless Wash & Gloss...

Now this isn't the new stuff. I've had this for a few years and it's as good as the day I bought it...

DP Rinseless Wash & Gloss, Cobra Guzzler Waffle Weave towels, and a Micro-Chenille Wash Mitt

For those of you familiar with this product it will look familiar.

I like to mix this product 3ozs to 5 gallons of warm water. I feel the warm water helps the product to work more efficiently and as the weather becomes colder it's great on the hands and aids in drying each panel..

After I was finished the truck looked great but it needed something more to protect it through the winter. Since I've had such great luck with CarPro products I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to give the paint a treat to CarPro Reload, a spray sealant.

The Results

Bobby, nice short review looks great. I too, use the DP Wash and Gloss and I love it. Very easy to us and I agree about the warm water helping in cooler weather.

Great review, Bobby. Now I will wait for your review of Duragloss Rinseless. The new version has AquaWax built in and might save you a step. Even so, when I use their new Rinseless I find I always give a little spray and buff of AquaWax just for added measure. It might not need it but it can't hurt and I think the spray topper adds a bit more shine. Having said that, your results have now gotten me interested in yet another product - ReLoad. I must resist!

I was just wondering how is the DP rinseless on colder temps and snow and the salt that we now have here in Minnesota?

thanks

great review.

DP rinseless was the 2nd product I tried after ONR and I love it! I take it you added 3 oz in 5 gallons due to the fact you've got a truck there? This is a solid product that I'd suggest to anyone!!

Good job Bobby!

Exactly...but I ended up with about 1 1/2 gallons left over.

My truck wasn't real dirty and most likely the reason I didn't use is all. In the winter I'll go over each panel twice to ensure it's really clean before I dry it...

In the winter I made up a gallon of water w/ 4oz of rinseless mixed in that I use as a pre-wash as well as clay lube when needed. I spray each panel w/ the mix and then use the rinseless as normal. Sadly its getting to that time of the year where the touch-free is going to get some use but on those sunny, upper 30 degree days I'll be reaching for my pre-wash and 2 buckets for sure!
