So this last month has been pretty busy for me and my Daddy mobile has been neglected for the whole period. Of course, perfect candidate for trying out the Eco Touch products sent to me, especially since its current Hydr02 application is about 4 months old. Here goes nothing.....

Waterless Wash

I want to begin by saying I am not a fan f waterless wash. Honestly, I just jumped on the rinseless wash train in the early spring. There was an especially thick layer of dust on the rear hatch and front bumper.

Rear window (Trust me, paint was just as bad):

Process: Waterless wash was diluted and placed in Kwazar spray bottle.Since the dirt was thick, I pre-soaked the panel as well as my towel, wiped, then used a clean towel to buff.

After:

Final thoughts: Its a great product, but to me its place belongs for touch ups and weekly washes where vehicle isn`t that dirty. I only did the rear hatch and hood as I felt that I was pushing the products boundaries. I will continue to use and update again with follow up wash.

Window Cleaner

My go to has been Meguiars Clarity for years. Its cheap and available OTC. I`ve never had an issue with streaking like many other detailer`s complain about. I use it with Meguiar`s Supreme Shine towels. So this product had big shoes to fill.

Before hatch glass:

After (50/50):

Final thoughts: Impressive. Worked through the thick dust with no issue and finished streak free. Honestly, worked just as good as the Meguiars. I would buy this again.

Wheel Cleaner

The wheel pictured was done following the directions exactly by spraying on, allowing to sit for 30 seconds then agitate. After I did the drivers side wheels, I decided to try somnething different. I slightly wet the wheel first, sprayed, then immediately agitated. Woah...the cleaner foamed up and was thick. I loved it! Oh, the sprayer on this bottle is phenomonal by the way!!!

Before:

After:

Final thoughts: Great sprayer head and works good. Its a decent maintenance cleaner and is affordable. I want to put it to the test on real nasty wheels.

Tire Shine
This is another area where the product had big shoes to fill. I have been a die hard Meguiars High Endurance Gel user for years. It smells great, cheap and OTC, and has great longevity. Another new favorite is C.A.R Products Intense Gel. I applied a thin coat using a Carrand Tire Dressing applicator. I primed it with a bit of the Tire Shine. This was the second wheel coated.

After:

After driving through a medium shower today:

The shine had faded a bit, but still meets my satisfaction. I will update with longevity.

Final thoughts:Its thinner than i expected. I did make a tad of a mess when first squeezing the bottle. Easy to apply.

Spray Wax
No pictures since applying Spray Wax isn`t rocket science. Spray on, spread, buff with clean towel. I will say that one spray goes a long way.

Beading after driving through medium rain shower today:

I can`t really offer any final thoughts on this. I want to see how long it will last. I will update thread.

Overall Impression
These products were previously offered at Target and there has been a frenzy lately with them going on clearance. Overall, I feel that was due to poor marketing. Although I admit that its hard to stand out from names like Meguiars & Mothers that everyone knows. These products are easy to use and affordable. I feel that the directions on the bottles were clear and concise and the sprayers are top notch. I would purchase the Window Clear again. My thoughts on the other products are pending further testing.

Lastly, I would like to think AutoGeek and the EcoTouch crew for allowing me to review these products and provide honest feedback.

Thanks for your time,

Johnathon

Nice review...that was one dirty vehicle.

side note: love the rims and color on your car

Great review! Looks like each product worked well as advertised!

Thanks Robert, shes my baby and gets most of the attention if I have time. My daddy mobile was and still is dirty in my opinion. Needs a good clay and polish, hopefully soon.

Marc, yes they work. I just want tonsee thejr longevity.

Nice review! I wish the local Target had these items for me.
