These Cobra 530 are by far my FAVORITE TOWELS, they are super soft, and fluffy enough to dry and buff.

The Chinchilla is rather hard to get a hold of, but these are my usual final buff for my paint, to get rid of streaking, marks and what not.

The brand new lake country wool wash mitt, i have been wanting something like this for a while, easy slip on and off, for perfect wheel cleaning.

Chemical Guys Mr.Pink , this is a relatively new car wash for me, i am a huge fan of CG's car wash, they come in gallon sizes for a price that can not be beat!! (I used 2 oz for my 2 bucket was & 2oz in foam cannon & 2oz for wheel cleaning bucket as well)

Chemical Guys Diablo Gel : This is a AWESOME/AFFORDABLE wheel cleaner, it foams up good, and i dilute 3oz of product with 29oz of water in a 32oz spray bottle. It cleans up my wheel perfectly.

Chemical Guys Grime Reaper APC: This is my second time using this APC, i mainly bought this for tires cleaning, when they say stronger than aicd, it is!! During the wash i had some of this got on my rotors, and my rotors turned into this yellowish nasty color from all that deposit on the rotors grove, Something not even MEG's APC can do. I will be getting a gallon of this as soon as my 16oz is gone.
(4oz of GR w/29oz water)

This pic is w/ Diablo gel sprayed all over the surface and barrel of my wheels. As you can see this foams up quite good with the Duck sprayer.

Putting the Daytona brush to work!! This is an amazing brush for wheels, i purchased this a year ago, took me forever to pull that trigger to drop $30 on this brush, but it is well worth it, BUT.... it does sometimes splatter all over your face lol

This is a pic of the Grime reaper on my tires, and with the Tuf shine tire brush working.

Lake Country wool wheel mitt: I bought this because i have always wanted a wheel dedicated wash mitt w/ easy slip on and off, this helps you clean the face of the wheel with EASE!! Also if your wheel has a (LIP) this will make quick work of it!!

Carpro Merino wool wash mitt: This is a $20 wash mitt, compared to the Dodo one which is $40, i have not had experience with the Dodo, but the carpro does its job, but it does require some maintenance after each wash. But with this SUPER SOFT WOOL, it gives you the peace of mind of scratch free paint after washing.

This is my pressure washer set up w/ foam cannon, this little washer can be purchased at LOWES for about $170.

It is foam party time :dblthumb2:

Whip out that brush and clean the small creaks and vents

I usually clean all the small vents first prior to washing the entire car.

Sorry guys, at this point i didnt take anymore pictures and proceed to rinse my car and towel dry with the Cobra supreme 530.
(Man is hard to go step by step, and taking pictures.....)

My car is coated with Carpro CQ for about a year now, this time i choose Permanon Plantinum as my coating topper @ a 5% dilution.
*Product can be applied w/ car wet or dry, i preferred PARTIALLY dry, mist the product all over the paint, and proceed with rinsing. Either towel dry or blow dry.*

After pictures *All dry*

Clean Wheels and bare tires, Dressing ready!!

My Dressing is Auto Finesse Tyre Gloss, with a microfiber application for application.

And my TRUCK!!!!

WOW, talk about a very thorough and detailed review!! :props:

Reviews don't get much more complete than this and the product selection was spot on.

I like the way the photos clearly illustrate each step so the reader can easily follow along...:dblthumb2:

And there's no SNOW!! :dblthumb2:

Excellent job. I like how you cleaned the vents and the side moulding with the small brush before the total wash. That's what they call 'detailing'. Looks like the finished product was well worth the effort.

Also, the paint looks so good as if the car was kept in a museum.

Nice review, touching on a set of products rarely discussed here. Thanks.

That is one very thorough swirl free wash! Can you come to my house and hit my WRX LOL!!!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone!!!!
I was afraid this thread was too long and boring lol, but I'm glad some of you liked it and enjoy it
