I received it Monday, and could not wait to try it out. I must tell you guyz/gals, - I was impressed by it's by how soft and absorbing that towel is. It has an internal foam core, which lets it absorb a lot of water. If you haven't tried it yet - try it!!!:righton: try it before it's gone!!! It will quickly become one of your favorite drying towels!

:iagree: i have 2 love them........;)

How do you use the guzzler correctly. I have a guzzler, and some offbrand microfibers. The Microfibers are big, but not waffle weave, and they suck up the water and take it off. When I try using the guzzler, it like moves the water off and I was pretty unimpressed. Am I doing something wrong?!

How do they compare to the guzzler?
If you mean Guzzler with a foam core - I never tried that one....
If you mean Guzzler 20x40 - to be honest with you I love both! Microfiber softness is about the same, foam core makes it a little bit sturdy, but it absorbs over 10 times of it's weight in water. It's the towel you gotta try!!!

I guess I will give my guzzler another try. I knew there had to be something wrong with my technique, because everyone LOVES the guzzler. :p

I have always found the foam cored waffle weaves slightly harder to use as I like to fold my towels in 4 for easier handling and changing sides every other panel.

As for the guzzler pushing water versus sucking, it is usually a sign that you have used fabric softner or heated dry. I suggest allowing it to soak overnight in water, and then rewash in microfiber specific cleaner and tumble or air dry.
