Ok so I didn't learn from last weeks trip to Orlando about luv bugs and how much of a pain in the arse they are to remove. But I had to run to Orlando last night and pick up a car, and low and behold had to drive my car up there. And no surprise I come back covered in bugs again. Difference this time is I cleaned the front of my car at work this morning so I had a better selection of products to choose from. So I grabbed a product that I would never have tried, but was highly recommended by a customer that lives in Tampa those orders this all the time.
A little about this product:
Easy on paint, tough on insects.
1Z Einszett Anti-Insekt Pre-Cleaner is like a 'pre-treatment' for your paintwork prior to washing. Anti-Insekt contains special cleaners which loosens insects and grime from paintwork, chrome, glass, rubber and plastic gently and safely without harsh chemical solvents which remove wax and polish from the paintwork.

So here is what we are dealing with....
Now for the attack... when I first sprayed this I was VERY surprised it was coming out like a foam, reminded me of DP Xtreme in the foam gun. Nice thing is it stuck to the car and soaked in to loosen the bugs. Now reminded you I am at work and I only showed up 15 mins early so I got to work fast....
So I took out the microfiber mitt and went to work quickly, bugs came off SOOO smoothly it was so nice. Took the hose and sprayed down the front, windshield and mirrors and here is what I had...
Up close after the first rinse...
I definately need to get out the Flex and give this thing a good polishing after all its been through lately but for now, she is at least bug free.
And windshield looks great.
A little side note, do not drive to Orlando on the night of the NBA finals, unfortunately the dealership was right by it and I had no idea! These signs on every building did not even tip me off!
And for anyone that is a basketball fan I snapped a shot for you of the Arena.
