Well I finally got a chance to use my Indigo bonnets today and I must say I really like them. I received a bottle of Collinite 845 and went to my brothers house to put a layer on his black Mazda3 sport. Sorry no pics...forgot my camera.

I washed with ONR and dry with my cobra MF's of course. Not needing polished or clayed( this is my test car) I went right ahead and applied the Collinite. I applied the 845 to half the car with a PC and the other half by hand with a foam applicator. I feel using the PC was better, the layer was even and thin. After I did most of the car I changed to my orange Edge pad with the Indigo bonnet and went to work buffing off the 845. It came off so easy with the bonnet although I also tried my regular Indigo MF and it came off easy that way too. I also tried to put a layer of 845 on the wheels but don't know if that worked right.

Either way I really like the Collinite(my new winter wax from what others say) and I will continue to use the bonnets also.

I really appreciate the bonnets(AG) and the Collinite(Motorcity) and would recommend the bonnets and Collinite 845 to anybody.

Thanks for reading,
Rob

Thanks for the review. How much of the car could cover just using one side of the Indigo bonnet?

This was my first time using bonnets so I wasn't sure how that worked so I never let it get caked up. I used both sides of both bonnets I have on a little over have the car but I think they could have gone a lot further. Next time I use them I will see how long they will go before they cake up.

Awesome review, thanks for taking the time and doing this. I enjoyed reading it. I got like 7 or 8 bonnets and never have used them. You got me wanting to pull one out and try it. Thanks again....

Thanks for the info. I'll have to get some it my next order. Maybe AG will make some in a 4" size to work with the Cyclo.

Yeah when I got them I was putting them in a duffel bag I got and found two cobra orange bonnets I ordered a while ago that I forgot about. My guess would be they are very useful for waxes that are difficult to remove but can still be used to remove any wax or sealant.

Sounds good! Glad to hear that they work with the edge pads. Might have to add them for next time.
