I wanted to give my thoughts on some new (to me) products I recently got from AG. Some are in the above photo, some not. The reviews are honest, if I don't like something, I will say so.

1. Blackfire Pad Cleaner: to clean pads, I've tried: Dawn, Snappy Pad Cleaner, Meg's APC+, Purple Stuff, Citrus APC, Goo Gone, etc... The best I've found to completely remove STAINS is Goo Gone. However, it leaves oily residue. The BFPC sucks every bit of oil or grease out of the pad better than anything I've tried. It works so well, the next day the skin on my fingers was peeling. It dried my hands beyond dry. This is a good thing. This stuff can get costly though. I believe it's $40 a gallon or $14.99 for 20oz. You can buy a lot of APC for that. However, I'm so impressed with this, I'll be buying by the gallon.

2. Blackfire Microfiber Cleaner: this I bought soley it was on BOGO. Previously I used All or Purex Free and vinegar in the final rinse. This works fine, but requires a couple rinses to get the towels soap free. Considering you only need 2 oz for a small load, this is something I will try to stock up when on sale or BOGO. However, if you wash a lot of towels, it could get costly. I noticed it all rinsed out after one load and the towels came out soft and clean. Plus, just pouring something that is Blackfire into your washer is kind of cool.

3. Optimum Car Soap: I own 14 different types if car wash. I know this because I counted them. Some I love, some are just average. Up until now, Chemical Guys and 1 Z soaps have been my favorite. I tried Optimum soap at 1oz per gallon as directed. It's just awesome. It's my new favorite. It seems like you could use less than an ounce per gallon. Either way, it's very slick and just works excellent. The whole area your working around smells like blueberry. I really love this product. It's a little more costly than CG shampoos considering you use more, but its worth the cost. I would definitely get a gallon of this in the future. I didn't try it in a foam gun yet, but I suspect it would work extremely well.

4. DP Wheel Cleaner:This was another BOGO I never would have tried. I like this stuff because when agitated with a Daytona brush it foams up like shaving cream and sticks to the wheel. This is a "safe" wheel cleaner. So, it's perfect for people like me that have coated wheels or like to keep their wheels clean. It comes in a large 32oz bottle, for about the price of others that are "safe" that are around 16-25oz. Also, the sprayer is nice. It seems quite concentrated, and only takes a few sprays to clean moderately dirty wheel. I'm really liking AGs house brand stuff, as its consistently high quality and often on sale. I picked up 3 bottles of these on BOGO, I'll keep my eye out for another sale. If not, I would get a gallon of this.

5. Montana Boars Hair Wheel Brush: I bought this to clean wheel faces and my convertible top. I recently payed $1000 to get my wheels refinished, so I couldn't see using a nylon brush on them. Before this I was using microfibers and boars hair paint brushes to clean the wheel faces. This took a lot of time and was a drag. This brush is high quality and has a lot of bristles. It works extremely well. At 30 bucks, it's a luxury item for sure, but, it was worth it. The bristles are soft, but not too soft to clean the wheel. They also come back to shape pretty well, unlike nylon. If you on the fence about one of these, get it - you will like it.

6. 1Z Spray Wax: I love spray waxes. I probably have over 10 of them. This stuff is a little thicker than V7 or Aquawax. In fact, this product smells a lot like Aquawax. I'm not sure if its just an added scent or a common ingredient, but something the same is in both. It's sort of a chemical orange smell, reminds me of Grand Marnier. The look is very glossy, and I used it in the sun on black with no streaks or smears.

Here are some results;

I took this picture when the sun was going down and was pretty happy with the gloss 1Z added. The bottle and sprayer are also super cool as well. This is one I will buy again. They way it spreads on the panel reminds me of Wolfgang Spritz Sealant.... Could there be a connection? It sure doesn't smell like WGSS though.

7. Blackfire Waterless Wash: this was another BOGO. I have UWW+ and OptiClean. Both are great, but the UWW is the clear winner due to its incredibly low cost. I thought I would give the BFWW a try. It's a little "thinner" than the other 2, especially OC. It's somewhat similar to UWW AND I really like it. However, there is not enough difference to justify the price when compared to UWW, which is about 4 cents an ounce when mixed. This one will be just for sales or BOGOS only, just because of the cost.

8. AG 32 oz spray bottle : Yet again another BOGO. These are nice as well. I like them because the plastic is crystal clear on the bottle, not opaque like a lot of other spray bottles. You can see what is inside - looks cool. The sprayer sprays a super fine spray and the trigger is pretty light. The only downside is, the bottle has no measuring marks on the side. I'm not sure how heavy duty these bottles are, only time will tell that.

**** Overall, very happy with everything. Now I pretty much have whatever I need. However, of AG keeps the sales and good BOGOs coming and Ill keep buying. Oddly enough, last 2 orders had no peanuts, just paper.
