AG Product Page = http://www.autogeek.net/sonus-microfiber-wash.html
Sonus Product Page = http://premiumfinishcare.com/car-care/microfiber-detailing-towels/sonus-der-wunder-wasche#contents
Product Description (from bottle):Sonus Der Wunder Wasche is an active cleaner designed to restore microfiber towels, wash mitts, applicators and foam buffing pads to their as-new condition. Der Wunder Wasche is an engineered blend of micro cleaning agents designed to lift, emulsify and suspend waxes, polish residue, oils, proteins, silicones and soil for complete removal in the rinse water. The Der Wunder Wasche formula cleans without bleach and softens through natural fiber lifting. With regular use, Der Wunder Wasche extends the life of all microfiber textiles.
Packaging: Black plastic bottle with label front and back
Directions: Use Der Wunder Wasche in place of your regular wash detergent or as a laundry detergent booster. Der Wunder Wasche is highly concentrated. Use 1 ounce for small, lightly soiled loads and up to 3 ounces for very heavy loads. Do not use with bleach or fabric softeners. For best results, wash in warm water and rinse in cold.
Consistency: liquid\watery consistency
Color: pale green
Scent: Non- offensive chemical odor (Sort of smells like dilute Megs APC+)
Size: 16.9 oz.
Current Price: $8.99
Manufacturer: Sonus
Made in: USA
Sampling of dirty microfiber towels
Same towels as above, but washed with Der Wunder Wasche and dried
As you can see, most of the towels look very good. The one stained towel is a tire towel and will never be blue again. These towels had compound, polish, wax, tire gel, and glass cleaner on them. Almost everything came out except the tire towel stains.
Can you simply use laundry detergent and save a few bucks? Yes, absolutely. But I bought this mostly for washing my pads, which I haven't done yet. I will add to this post later once I clean my pads.
Pros:
1)Works as described
2)Soft, clean microfiber towels
Cons:
1)Added cost may not be necessary
2)One more (eco-friendly) chemical to add to the wash load
4 Towel Rating (1-5, with 5 being the best)
Final Observations and Summary:
You decide if this product may, or may not, be necessary but it does work as described. It created some very soft, clean microfiber towels from my nasty dirty ones. I would trust this product wash after wash and recommend that you at least give it a try. For the price you really can’t go wrong.
