I used it for the first time today and it worked awesome ,lots of cleaning power and it left no residue behind then i dressed with 303 . Have you used there conditioner? I used WG and Pinnacles leather conditioner and they are really nice and not greasy at all. The only leather I have is my shift knob but it leaves it nice and soft and I can't have it greasy and there not after a wipe down.
