Wolfgang Microfiber Cleaner and Rejuvenator

Untitled by dnd29841, on Flickr

I am a big fan of the Blackfire Micro Cleaner, works very well and goes on sale often. When the Wolfgang was introduced I had one question… WHY?!?

Well HE washer owner can now rejoice, with Blackfire I always have to do a extra rinse cycle to get all the soap out. The Wolfgang has the same cleaning power as Blackfire but washes much cleaner, therefore saving you water.

If you need to refill on Microfiber wash and own a HE washer this is the one to get:xyxthumbs:

Big thanks to Nick for letting me try it and test it:dblthumb2:.

My past review of BF washes.

The towels I was dealing with Wolfgang, and the low suds

Is the wash machine in the last photo the one you used for this review? I was curious about performance with a HE machine. Looks like the one you used has a traditional agitator. HE units, either front or top load, don't normally have an agitator in the tub because they don't fill a tub with water. From your review the WG looks like a great product. If the WG is available, I'll do a review with a HE frontloader, which affects towels a little differently IME having owned both types of machines.

You are correct on the washer at my condo, I was showing it for low suds, in our house we have a top loader HE and the results are the same(it does have a agitator).

From what I remember the main difference between the washers is HE washers there is more "movement or agitation" so you need to use a low sud aka HE approved soap.

Sounds like a new winner in the mf towel cleaner offering from PBMG. Going to order some when it's released to replace my Pinnacle version.

Thanks for the review Dhaval.

Do you not like Pinnacle? I have that on my wishlist, but I didn't think it would be bad.

Actually I really like it and it performs great.

I was wanting to try out the BlackFire version when my Pinnacle ran out but now the Wolfgang has a towel cleaner I want to try this one the most.

Interesting....

I've been using detergent AND rejuvenator
I guess I'm being redundant.

What about lint? Does it help with that?

Both...you must have really clean towels:xyxthumbs:

I really like Pinnacle and DP. I buy whichever one is less expensive when I need it.

I have not used DP, but do have pinnacle and it works great. If you don't have a HE washer I would stick to Pinnacle and BF.

I found Blackfire super easy to rinse. Wolfgang is supposed to be more concentrated. I will wait until they have a gallon size.

If BF produces to much suds, use less per load and save $. I noticed a lot of suds and cut back from 3 oz to 2 oz.

Nick sent me a sample to try as well and as soon as I dirty up some towels, I will review it. I have been using DP Microfiber wash and not terribly impressed with it. I have also been using plain Tide Free and that works reasonably well. I am eager to see how the Wolfgang works!

I picked this up on sale a month or so ago as I was getting low on my BF MF cleaner. The engine in my wife's 2005 Accord has literally never been detailed. I decided to tackle it yesterday. I can't accurately describe the condition of the MF towels I used after I was done, but I will tell you that the blue towels were close to black. Threw them straight in the washer with 1 oz of WG MF cleaner and they came out without a single stain on them. This stuff really is good. Thoroughly impressed!

The stuff is great, I am low on MF cleaner and about to restock soon. I like the fact how clean this rinses out (with out extra rinse cycle) compared to some other cleaners I have tried.

I've been using the Wolfgang cleaner and I love it. My microfibers always come out looking brand new, and smelling fresh. It has a fairly unpleasant smell out of the bottle(almost like mild fishy) but when the towels come out of the dryer, they smell fresh, and clean. I'll be buying another bottle when the time comes.

I've been happy with it as well. Makes my microfibers look and feel great.

Great review and that you for posting! :props:
