Ring left on dash by sticky gel suction mount

Hi - I used an iOttie dash mount with a sticky gel pad suction cup for the first time the other day, and while it did a terrific job of sticking to my dash, it also left a ring mark on my dash that I have not been able to get rid of. I've tried interior detailer spray (Meguiar's), adhesive remover (Turtle Wax) and rubbing alcohol, all to no avail. The ring itself seems to be shinier and slicker than the rest of the dash. Any thoughts/suggestions?
 
Tried the WD-40 (let it sit for 10 minutes) and the ring is still there. It might be slightly reduced, but hard to be certain. Any other suggestions?

Did you rub it really good with a MF or terry cloth towel?

WD-40 works great for that stuff and it won't hurt the dash...

Might take more than once... But it will get it out...

I did use a MF towel but I'll give it a few more tries.
