Rinseless/ Tires;Wheels

Most of you members have more experience than me so here's my question?
If doing a rinseless wash, how do you scrub/clean the tires/ wheels? The few customers that I do at my home I will perform a rinseless. But with the tires I do use the hose after scrubbing.
​So how do you guys clean the tires properly without a hose?
 
I use a cordless pressure washer. Before I had it I used a pump sprayer and flooded the tire to rinse. My wheel/tire cleaner of choice is Meguiar's D143, love it so much I but it by the gallon.
 
If I have access to a hose I will use that for the wheels and tires and for a pre rinse before a rinseless wash.

If it's a parking lot detail without access I'll do like above with a pump sprayer.
 
Pump spay, let soak, wipe down with cheapest cloth I own, pump spray,let soak, wipe down with good MF cloth, then dry with MF towel.

If wheel wells are really dirty with salt, etc. then it is a diiferent ball game. I back the car next to my outside winter hose and do the wells, wheels, and tires the more conventional way. Then I pull the car into the garage and do a top down wash, one panel at a time,- pump spray, let soak, wipe carefully with good MF cloth, and then dry and buff with good quality MF towel.

I'm in the NE so I can't do very much outside at this time of year, but spring is on the way!

Also check out the video below, With Tire & Rubber Rejuvenator you can wipe it off with a towel(no rinse required). without causing harm to your tires. So this product is ideal for rinseless washes or scenarios you have no hose access.

 
I use the same RW/WW product
for tires/wheels that I use for
cleaning most of the other areas
of the vehicle.

If not too bad or regularly maintained I use Opticlean at 4:1 to spray around the wheel and tire, and then use a dedicated bucket with ONRWW and wheel whoolies for the barrels. Can add more Opticlean as needed and wipe down with towels. Working well for me so far.
 
If you are going hoseless , then the need to make good use of trigger spray bottles presents itself.
The pressure and the streaming liquid will help blast dirt of tires, wheels, and wheel wells.
Other useful tools include steamers, pump gallon sprayers, tornador, etc...

Be prepared to throw away a couple towels using this method.
The amount of dirt and filth collected on towels when rinseless washing tires, wheels, and wheel wells can make it not worth it to wash some of the worst ones.
