Rotary advise needed

Hi Guyz,

Have been reading ton of RB and DA but I choose RB due to warranty and budget issue

A beginner for machine world..

Planning to get a Hitachi RB for weekend detailing so my question is ..

(1)How low RPM we can go if we using Opt Hyper Polish Spray or other product?

(2)Does 600/1100rpm are good enough to removed swirl mark?
(As now all product are SMAT based which doesn't need to break down)

(3)What is a suitable pad and size for started like me ?
5.5",6.5" or 7.5"

Yes...will get 1 to train up before start at my own car...

But I do hope some pro can answer this question ...

Just really curios what is the result if we use low rpm than recommended at the product label..Will it haze the finish or ??

Some people told due to SMAT based so user can go low rpm(1100) to prevent paint burning get good result if time is not a issue but it must "Keep moving"

Did read some blog when someone used ROB and M205 which took a long time to make the M205 to turn clear...

Just want to confirm is it true that SMAT product can work at such condition which is LOW RPM ..

As far as some of your questions.
You can burn paint no matter what speed your using with a rotary.
As far as 205 you don't wait to it is clear to remove it.It's smat and doesn't break down like other polish.Your working times with 105/205 are less i feel using a rotary.After two or three passes you need to check your work.
When using 105 i start at a higher rpm and work my way down during a pass.
Your results depends on what pads you use and what polish you use from start to finish.
As mentioned by Ron pick up some sheet metal from a junk yard to practice on
