rotary or DA

I have and used a Makita rotary for the first time. Used Megs swirl remover #9 with white Megs pad as final polishing step. Some very faint swirls still seen in bright sun at an angle. Can I get a completely swirl free finish with rotary or would it be best to do final polishing with DA?

You can get a swirl free finish with a rotary.

You can use a rotary for heavy polishing and then a DA to finish
