I have a Flex PE8. I was wondering if the Rupes mini is and smaller from the bottom of the backing plate to the top of the machine which would allow it to get in even tighter areas. This information isn't listed anywhere and pictures are very deceiving.
I love the PE8 and believe I'm going to have to go with a pneumatic machine to get what I'm looking for. Any I put would be greatly appreciated.

I have both, I like the Rupes better but that's just me. But to answer your question, no. The Flex is definitely better for tight areas and with the extension even more so.

Thanks guys. I have the extensions. I may pick up the Rubes at some point. I really need to get a compressor anyway. I think I'll give one of the tiny pneumatics a shot.
