Rupes 21 and optimal speed

Just trying to dial in my rupes. What speed is everyone using with mf pads? Foam pads? Cutting and polishing. Thanks in advance.
 
I pretty much have stayed with 4/5 ,washer and no washer. Micro and rupes pads.
 
You will soon see that the large stroke does the bulk of the work with minimum pressure and a speed setting of 4-5. Old habits are hard to break and I have foung myself wanting to apply more pressure then needed. The Rupes is a different animal then the standard da IMO.
