Rv Front Fiberglass Repair Questions

So I bought a 1993 Country Coach Magna. It's an awesome coach but it was in a front end accident.which damaged the Fiberglass of course. I've never did detailing until I got my motorhome. This summer I managed to detail about 100 vehicles. Learning as I go on my own rig even if it doesn't look good the first time eventually I will get it there. So my questions or what I'm asking for. Are there any tips or and videos any one can suggest that would help me. I live in the North West and it's of course winter time.so my plan is to research and start my repairs once spring comes around.

My future son-in-law is a boat builder via family owned business. I was at his house over the weekend looking at a center console he built from scratch using wood and fiberglass, it looks amazing.

So it's possible to learn this craft, you just need to find a source for good, accurate information.
