Got a Meg's sanding block and cut it in half for headlights.
Depending how bad, but normally start with 600 grit and work up. The higher the number (3000) the less to polish. If you are going to use a coating like Minwax stop at 1000 grit so the coating has something to bite. If you are going to use a paint sealant then polish to a glass finish.:buffing:Ron, I was planning to pick up a couple blocks on my next order which leads me to this, what ranges would you recommend for headlights? I was just going to use the 3M kit from a local auto parts store. Thanks for any advice.
