Sanitizer (?) dried up on black car leather

Hello, we must have spilled sanitizer on the leather and didn’t notice sooner. I tried getting rid of this stain with the usual Meguiars interior detail wipes and no change. What else should I try? Do I need to have it dyed?

What exactly are we looking at? Is that a door panel? A side bolster? The actual seating area of the seat? What kind of vehicle is it? Is that actually leather or vinyl? If it’s vinyl, I’d try using a Magic Eraser.

I should have cropped it better. The original image was too big. It’s black leather, running up the side of the gear shift area of the vehicle. 2022 Infiniti QX60
