Hello everyone.... Haven't posted in quite awhile so I figured I may as well reintroduce myself. My name is Harrison. I'm looking for some information and suggestions. I just bought a brand new vehicle 2 days ago. Woo Hoo!! I used to be the guy who hand washed everything years ago, then kids came and time went bye bye. Started going to a full service quick wash. I know I know. Swirl city. I plan on hand washing and waxing my new ride myself again.
I haven't been into the scene really for a while now. I keep hearing about C Quartz. Well, I looked it up and found there isn't an authorized person local to me. Is this stuff really worth it? Everyone seems to think so. I was going to order a bunch of pads for my Cyclo and have been looking at waxes, polishes, and cutting products for over an hour and it'll make your freaking head spin! Is the C Quartz something that the end user can do or is it best to leave it up to the pros? Or should I just stick to good old fashioned waxes? Anyone want to throw out some product suggestions or is that like opening Pandoras box? I feel like I'm asking the old famous "which is the best cold air intake" question we see all the time on performance car forums. Lol.
Was going to order the Pinnacle clay bar and try their polish and wax kit. I've always used Gloss-It products with my Cyclo. Wanting to try something different. Thanks for any and all information in advance.
