SCG Dash Away

Picked this up recently and am a little confused, is it just a cleaner? Or does it protect too? Also I thought its suaposed to have a nice lavender scent. Mine smells like nothing. Any Input?

It is a cleaner and protectant in one. They say to use it on all your interior surfaces, but they do not specify if you can use it on plastic and chrome.
