Scratched glass

Not sure how it happened, but I have 2 or 3 small scratches on my drivers side window. They’re white, on the exterior and you can feel them with your finger. What are my options ?

Polish it with a rayon pad and Ceriglass. Rotary works best, but a DA will work. Time consuming and messy work.
