Hi Mike,
Have a 2014 Silverado and the outer side mirror has scratches. Seems like the mirror
isn't regular glass, lexan maybe? Any procedure that you can recommend?
I did try Sunus 1 and 2 but it didn't help.

Probably faster and easier to just replace the mirror.

The mirrors should be glass. If they are glass - GLASS I REALLY HARD and it's a real pain to polish.

You MUST use a Cerium Oxide glass polish and either a rotary buffer, (fastest), or orbital polisher, (slowest) to very slowly abrade the glass flat again.

I've buffed out a lot of glass and I'm telling you, even if you want to try this you'll need an extra person to brace the mirror while you push hard against it for hours.

Look into getting a new mirror and if you are the one that put the scratches in it, try to avoid that in the future.

Here's the link to just one of my articles on how to remove scratches out of glass.

The article has links to the AG store where you can buy everything you need to "try".

Glass polishing - How to remove scratches in glass

Hate to be a Debbie Downer but just being realistic.

Also, if they are Lexan, and I've never heard of Lexan mirrors but I'm always open to new ideas and new technology. I've NEVER seen scratches removed out of Lexan 100%.

And if fact, the topic of buffing out water spot came up last week, see what I wrote here,

Just replace it. My mirrors had scratches in them and I figured I'd try some polish and it ruined the mirror. Ended up purchasing replacements and installed them.
