Hey guys, I'm wondering, can I use a sealant then a wax, or one or the other, thanks in advance!

Sure can. What combination where you thinking of ?

Depends on your price point, but Menzerna Power Lock sealant topped with Collinite 845 is a nice start.

I keep in mind that this is an emotional subject.

However:
Yes you can, if you so desire to do so.

Perhaps you need to ask yourself:
What are the final-LSP's-looks/characteristics that I'm going/wishing for?

Well, since I'm all new to this, I'm wanting to stay on the lower budget, just because in the last month I have spent a lot of money getting the stuff to get started, like the 2BW kit, wash mitts, wheel woolie set, car soap, clay kit, GG6 kit and few other things, I'm not wanting to get just the cheapest waxes out there, but a little on the lower cost side for now:) I appreciate everyone's help on this forum:)

Once you have your vehicle(s) polished/corrected to your satisfaction;
And until the bank account gets up-to-snuff...

Why not use some economical sealants like:
-Meg's 21 2.0
-Klasse HGSG (16.9oz)

And/or some economical waxes like:
-Meg's #26
-Collinite #845
-S100

Just a thought.
