I was at a small car show today doing some marketing for Absolute Perfection Auto Detailing, and I saw a lot of "bad practices" there, including this....

He used almost the whole bottle of windex on the whole truck! and had the bottle sitting on the paint as seen here.

:nomore:

I recently noticed the same thing at a local show here. The guy was using it on a 66 Fairlane painted black and the car looked really good. N pics here though.

He was probably using the multi surface kind. Lol. The cruise ins I go to most owners use a detail spray with a MF at least.

I see so much of that a car shows also. So many cars with swirl marks, holograms, etc.

It would drive me crazy if I had invested the money some people have in their cars only to have the paint look like crap.

Oh I'm sorry I thought you were talking about the truck. Lol that thing is ugly as he!l.

If movies taught me anything, Windex works on everything. "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"

      and using a bath towel to wipe it dry! Nothing like a little ammonia, all purpose cleaner, water, and food coloring to make this classic sparkle....

Looks like 1971 or 1972 vintage...

In opportunities like this, there is always a chance to get a convert.

Maybe he was trying to remove his lsp so he could correct the paint?

Could it be that was speed shine or something similar in that Windex bottle?

Isn't it wonderful to have a Forum where:
An individual, that takes an opportunity to lampoon another individual, has a very narrow chance of being met with retribution.
