just over 2 months until SEMA in Las Vegas!

To help build some excitement, I'm adding a few links to photos and some video from last year.

A few of my favorites from the show...

58 ford IIRC.

Candy... mmmmm.... thankfully I was 2 steps away from the car while drooling.

If you're a builder, you have to respect the thought and work that went into this camaro!

I had a conversation with Yancy about this car... it was mind boggling that they would park it where they did, without having it roped off!!!

Click through the photos to make your Friday a bit more exciting!
enjoy!

I love the 1960 Cadillacs!

I've owned two, a Flattop and a Sedan Deville. Here's the one I was building before Barry Meguiar called me and asked me to go to work for him. I had to move from Oregon to California and had a guy bugging me to sell him this car so after taking the job for Meguiar's I made one phone call and the 1960 went to the new owner. I did take the 1959 inside the garage and stick a 468 BBC in it and then took it to California with me...

Here's an engine compartment I degreased, stripped the firewall to bare metal, rebuilt the front-end, lowered the front-end, new seam seal and then painted...

Not this year for me unfortunately. :(

I had planned on going but then decided that attending the NXTi training in September was a better investment. :xyxthumbs:

Man I would love to go SEMA again. Hanging on my wall are my SEMA/AI badges from 1988 to 1994 when I was a buyer for a performance chain and WD. All I have now are some great memorys, pictures and a little video. Oh lets not forget the casino losses. Greatest show on earth! Maybe next year, the wife has been nagging to go to Vegas could make for a good excuse for a road trip.:xyxthumbs:

I'll be there again this year,Ten years straight no reason to stop now looking forward to seeing the crew from AG again this year.

Congrats on the Chad, I always encourage everyone to attend as many classes as possible and learn from as many experienced detailers as possible. I was fortunate to be one of the Instructors for NXTi 1 and NXTi 2 and I'm sure this next class will be just as good as past classes.

Room booked and fingers crossed.

Hope to see you there Paul...
