SEO Backlink building for forum members

As I was reading posts about SEO on the forum, it gave me an idea I want to share with you guys.

Would some of you be interested in adding a referral page to your website to help build backlinks between us all?

The idea would be to have a page with a list of detailers in other cities. It could be as simple as having the name of the detailing company, the website URL and facebook URL with the name of the city that company services.

If a bunch of us decides to do this, it could generate some good backlinks for everyone increasing Google standing.

What do you guys think?

As much as it seems like a good idea I'm not sure if Google would be happy to realize that such a thing happens on the forum. Your site as well as other partcipitating site could easily be penalized if it came to the fact that the links were bought. Also too many links will make the forum look spammy. If you really want to make a difference and climb the searches fast then you need an agency and people who know how to backlink your site to high auhtority sites and sitecentre has done it for me on 3 sites already. A great team that will be able to expalin you how the process works.

You better hope this isn't spam because it sure looks like it professor three posts.
