I had a family friend give me a box of these SHAM WOWS and I have no idea what to use them for. ANY IDEAS?

So you would actually recommend using this on a car to dab dry of course?
 
lol that's is what I thought, I am going to use them for misc things.

Sure do!

Use it to soak up oil on the floor in your garage or driveway then discard... On second thought just throw them away. Why do you think he was getting rid of them?
 
Exactly, he showed up with a box of them and told me to have them. I've purchased them before an they were pretty much useless. I HAVE NOW OFFICIALLY RENDERED THEM USELESS! haha
 
Take them to the flea market and sell them!!! Make some money and buy more product!!!
 
They work OK for wiping up kitchen spills and cleaning showers. Basically anything where collecting 95-98% of the moisture is acceptable.

They also seem to work better once washed 2-3 times sans fabric softener.
 
they work great if get them a little damp then give them to your kids to clean their play stuff in the back yard that really does need to get wiped off once in a while but you would never destroy a microfiber to do it.
 
I bought a couple at our State Fair a few years ago. Totally not impressed with them. I actually use them on the surface pad on my car jack, to protect my car when jacking it up!

I wouldn't use them for anything on your car or clients cars. I had a buddy who decided to attempt to dry his car with one of these...let's just say it was a BAD idea. Left all kinds of swirls and some sort of residue...whatever the thing is treated with I'm guessing.
 
I highly suggest against using these on paint ...
 
I stopped using them when I found out the pichman got beat up by a hooker. I can't abide a loser....
 
I use them for door jams and under the hood . Thats about all there good for.
 
Oh wow they're that bad... I bet there's a lot of suckers out their who made him rich. Especially how he advertised it... LOL!
