i was woundering what the shelf life is on polishes & compounds especially from these companies

meg's 105, 205, mf da, polishes & ultimate compound

wolfgang tsr and finishing glaze

I am not sure about the other products,
but the staff from Meguiar's told me before that their products can be stored for 3-5 years with no problem, as long as they hv not been exposed to extreme temperatures, keep in the original bottles that come with the product, cap closed.

There are also cases that people are using their product purchased decades ago.

I closed my own shop over 3 years ago with an ample supply of the Meguiars products and polishes on hand. When doing the odd detailing job for some of my best customers still, I go into that supply and they are still working fine for me! I did have a bottle of #20 freeze on me one night while it was left in a car...it seperated and never did any good after shaking it up either...storage is the key!
