Shipping Issues Recently

I placed an order on Sunday and yesterday morning it shows shipped however, the UPS system shows that just the number has been created and has not been entered into their system. Not used to having to wait this long for product. Love doing business with you folks have been for years but waiting this long I am thinks about other alternatives.

Has anyone else had shipping issues lately? This order was for stocked items no direct ship from the supplier.
 
So Tuesday morning AGO shows status as "shipped", but you didn't mention when the UPS system was checked. There is a period of time where any supplier has pallets/shipments in the warehouse ready for pick-up. Until UPS scans the shipments and gets their systems tracking those codes, they won't have much status. I see this with several major suppliers. Now, if you checked UPS today then something may be amiss and you should call AGO CS.
 
Placed an order on Sunday, it shipped Monday and was here Tuesday, living in Florida it usually arrives day after it ships. So if you live outside of Florida I think you need to give it a few more days.
 
I typically only order during sales and it usually seems to take a couple of days for them to pick and pack it. I just assume the delay is from the increased volume of purchases from the sale.

While AG does some big business, I don't think they have a huge staff of warehouse workers. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the customer service reps get pulled to pick and pack after sales events. I believe Nick is probably out there too if he doesn't have something more important going on.

if you are pressed for time, you should give them a call or send a rep an email, they will usually go out of their way to get it ready for you. If you don't then you just have to wait until you number comes up.
