My nephew will be displaying his 2004 Mustang Cobra at the Goodguys Nationals in Columbus,Ohio in July. It is a special display of “6 Generations of Mustang”. I would like to get all of your opinions as to which product would give the maximum gloss/shine/pop for displaying the car for the 3 days inside an air conditioned building at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. We obviously don’t care about protection….just GLOSS.

A spray product is preferable.

thanks for helping.

I use Souveran paste on my garage queens

Some really good ideas in here, all of which are great.

I'd be tempted for Pinnacle Souveran + P&S Dream Maker

Second thought was the Polish Angel High Gloss product mentioned above.

You probably should make sure the paint is corrected, or at least maybe a glaze to reduce any imperfections.
Something like Poorboys Black Hole or the new Stjarnagloss Glasyr product.

The paint on the Cobra was already in very good condition.

We went ahead and de-contaminated the paint……polished the paint with a finishing polish to remove hazing and spiderwebbing. Then was treated to a Griots 3 in 1 ceramic protection. It has only been driven 2 times since that process.

Were looking for spray on gloss for the three day show. There have been some good suggestions thus far. Thanks for the feedback.

For a quick boost in gloss Dream Maker seems like the go-to these days for many.

Yeah if you have a good polish and 3-1 down PA spritzes look amazing. Also you could probably use their Carnauba Arts sprays.

There expensive but worth it. Dream Makers nice but the way it is explained only good for amping gloss for short periods.

If you get it to where it needs to go, do a waterless, and then apply it should be good for 3 days indoors.

I’ve seen souveran on show cars and it looks amazing but I think what I say and what is mentioned is the paste wax. Red the spray wax doesn’t look as good stand alone.

Thanks again for the responses.

My short list was Dream Maker and Polish Angel High Gloss.

I have a weekend vehicle to cruise in’s, car shows and Cars and Coffee so investing in High Gloss is not as painful as doing just one shot on a single vehicle.

My vote would be for PA High Gloss, despite the cost different. Dream Maker (BeadMaker as well), attracted way too much dust for me. BTW...definitely a cool ride and hope you have a great show!

What about Griot’s Best of Show detailer? That adds a lot of gloss to the ceramic 3 in 1 as well.

I use Optimum Instant Detailer & Gloss Enhancer, CarPro Ech2o, and Duragloss Fast Clean & Shine, work great for me.
