The talk of spaniels here recently gave me the impetus to share a photo of my dog. Meet Ruby. She loves truck rides and belly rubs, but what dog doesn’t?

They can be a lot of work, but also extremely loyal and loving. I'm missing the car rides at the moment, not to mention all of the daggy moments that only a Cocker can bring.

DFB, your pup has a similar face to my old dog that passed in 2017. He was a rescue so he already had a name, but I wanted to name him Bandit.

I was given these food/water bowls as a belated birthday present for the impending new arrival. The inward curvature is supposed to be ideal for dogs with long ears, as in keeping them out of the food and water. Probably a little big for a puppy, but he will grow into them soon enough.

I saw the video of them all munching away on their kibble today, they all seem very well adjusted, no resource guarding. I have a video of my guys as puppies and Buster is trying to steal Ziva's food, it was right around then I had to separate them by a couple of metres while they eat.

They have all entered that ultra-cute stage, playful, finding their voices, becoming instinctual. Will be a big adjustment when they start to get separated.
