Mr. Olly had his first haircut today.
I really didn't want to get rid of his flowing "feathers", but he WILL NOT allow me get a brush anywhere near him, and he had become quite knotted. Not ideal, but it is what it is.
I'm surprised how small he looks without all the fur. Today was also the longest we'd been apart since he came home in my arms.

I'm lucky my guys love the brush, but they like to lie down while I do it, so I have flip them over when one side is done.Mr. Olly had his first haircut today.

They met a young Cocker Spaniel a few days ago, the owner said he was still nervous around other dogs, but I let her know Buster is very chill around puppies, and Ziva doesn't get to say hello till she's calm. It all went well, so when the pup saw us today, he was so excited he had to come over and say hello again. Unfortunately no picture of the hello, but this is from yesterday, I love how the red comes through their coats, it's from their mum's colouring.
