Signature on motorcyle?

I am hoping to have a member of the Ness family sign my '11 Victory Ness Cross Country and was wondering what the best approach is. My bike is a stage 2 paint with at least 2 coats of clear. Do I get a "sharpie" or a paint pen? Once signed, how do you care for it? Thanks in advance for the help!

I would say a good paint pen will stay and I would imagine wax or sealant would be alright to apply on top of it

Sharpie will be more authentic. Paint pen may last longer. I'd just go with a sharpie.

Might just go with the sharpie route. I would think just waxing over the top to maintain would be sufficient as well. Is there anything I should / shouldn't do once it is signed?
