Slow Shipping

So I place an order on June 13th at around 11:30pm EST. I call the next morning to upgrade my shipping to 2day Air as I made a mistake of not selecting it. I was told there was nothing that could be done because the order had already been packed and put on a truck, so I understood I'd be receiving my order within 3-5 days (normal transit time for me from AG). I received an email with explanation of a few items being on backorder. Again, I understood those items would be showing up later (I always get the items not on backorder in one shipment while the backorder items come in on a later date, which is acceptable and understood).

Today, just now to be exact, I get a UPS Quantum View email stating my order will be arriving on June 25th!!! I'd certainly like to know why I was told my order was packed and put on the truck on June 14th but it's not scheduled to arrive until June 25th, thats nearly 2 weeks for what typically takes 3-5 business days to ship, as mentioned aboved. I'll also add that this isnt the first time i've had slow shipping...this will be three orders in a row for me

I enjoy doing business with AG and like their products and prices BUT how can my customers depend on me to have products needed to detail their vehicles if I can't depend on AG to ship my orders in a timely manner?

Try contacting AG customer service. I am sure there is an explaination. They usually are pretty good on shipping.
 
The first clue would be that once AG has boxed it up they create a UPS invoice. You will get this notification of this event very quickly after this happens. If you did not get this notification then it is unlikely it was on the truck so this would have been a clue.

I've now placed 12 orders from AG and never once had this happen.
 
Give Nick or myself a call or send us a PM with your order number so we can see what happened.
 
I've had a few slow shipping situations also, a couple were oh it's on the truck let me check situations... but at least they will call you back and explain what's going on (Penny) , even if they don't do anything to make up for the mistake.
