Smallest Baking Plate for 7424

I got my Flex so I'm going to use the flex for smaller/tighter areas. I was looking for a 3 inch backing plate, and only found one for the GG? I could swear that I read a post about using a 3 inch plate with the 7424...was I hallucinating?

Here are some pics with the correct adapters and extensions you can go down to 1" Pads and BP all the way up to 5"

I hope this helps. With more extensions you can correct under the side door mirrors no problem.

this is obvious but keep in mind, even with the tiny backing plates (i too have the Flex small plates, adapter and extension), because of the dual action of the DA (duh!), the area you can work with that combo won't be as small vs. using the same combo on a rotary.

but yeah, still makes for a handy smaller area setup.
