Soft plastic windows on boat

What's the best way to clean soft plastic windows on boats that these windows are pretty bad can you give me a few ideas on what to do thanks

I remember this thread.

I asked you about my wife's Jeep windows that were tinted. I contacted the manufacturer, and they said a light polish would be fine as the tint wasn't "applied" but molded into the plastic.

Great method, and worked pretty darn good!
