They aren't smoothies. They look like an old factory steel wheel that has been chrome plated. They are made by Stockton Wheel and called "Milner Specials" after the guy (and cars) in American Graffiti.

lol as soon as I saw Milner that movie came to mind. I couldn't tell I thought the gaps between the barrel and the center looked a little bigger than smoothies. Anyway it looks great!!!
