I detailed my car in November it's then end of March and the swirls are back. I've used the 2 bucket method granted the car sits outside year round, my question is at this rate I will have to detail it every 3 months won't that wear down the paint and clear coat fast?

Also I wash my microfiber towels in a touch of era and rinse with vinegar I dry on no heat and they come out staticky anybody else have this happen to them.

Well if you are getting your swirls after finishing a detail three months then maybe opti-Coat is in your future.

Are you using a grit guard with your wash buckets?
What about your wash mitt and drying towels. Are they of high quality?

Those scratches are most likely being caused by improper washing im 99% sure of that.

Is it a dedicated drying towel from Pep Boys? Like waffle weave or at least a very plush towel with a high density? Your drying towel/method can cause a lot of marring and swirls.

Yeah it's the waffle weave

Then it's most likely your washing method. Next time you wash it, think about what you're doing on every step. Just basically back track and see if you find yourself making a mistake. It sounds silly but it does happen.
