Hi I'm having trouble with customer service mail, it keeps returning them with an error. I don't know what to do because I also tried to send a message to meghan at [email protected] with no luck.

My issue is this:
I received a mail from [email protected] regarding the shipping rate with 1341229 number (order ID W-960794).

I tried to reply the mail but it returns it with an error, would you please help me?

The mail content was:
"We are writing in reference to the order you placed with us. Please note that the approximate shipping rate for the order you placed with us is $181.00.

My response to that mail is:

Unfortunately that shipping rate is excessive. I rather want my items to be shipped to Mexico instead, so I would like to get the rate for standard international shipping to the next address:
