Spotlight Type?

Brinks spotlight has 2 light on it and it gives out 200 lumens. I have seen LED light that has one light that gives out 520 lumens. Does the Brink gives you better viewing cause of the 2 lights and also has a type of bulb call Xenon. Does it matter 0r as long you have good enough of lumens.

I have been using this light for over a year love it but you need to get rechargeable batteries. Fenix TK35 820 Lumens.
