I just got my truck, and it has a spray-on brdliner. It needs some cleaning, it has some spots that need cleaning, I was wondering what you guys have used to treat those, or for just cleaning in general?
Would a strong APC work?
I have some Adams APC, but I'm sure I could find something else locally...
Any recommendation?
Thx-Goose

I use a degreaser diluted down and a stiff nylon brush. Spray, scrub, rinse, and dress. (well, dress the sides)

I was thinking along those lines. Any particular one you'd recommend?

Degreaser? I use Purple Power. I pick it up from the parts stores in a 5 gallon pail. It is also available in spray bottles, 1 gallon, and various other sizes.
Make sure you dilute it down a bit and keep it off the paint if possible. Do a good rinse as well.

Goose...I use a Citrus based cleaner....I use LA awesome citrus cleaner from the dollar store..works great..i was told from the company that did my bedliner to use a citrus based cleaner ..not as harsh as some strong Alkali cleaners and will prevent any chalking later also...

I then use protect-all to seal it....same company that makes QEW rinseless wash....it works great....my liner is the same color as my truck RED and its also glossy...so this product does real nice on it....

Thanks Al. I did a little search, and it's sold locally. I'll give it a try!

Like Big Al said use a citrus cleaner and brush if needed. I hit it with a pressure washer. After it dries spray on DG#201 and you are set!
